Real Hair Extensions?

So I'm getting my hair braided next week and i was wondering what the average cost of real hair extensions.

Not the Jessica Simpson Clip-Ins or whatever

The ones that come in packages %26amp; are BRAIDED in with your hair.

Also if I get real hair extensions can they be curled with a curling iron. Because I might just get my hair braided half way back and then put into a ponytail. But if you do that with synthetic hair it can't be curled. Because synthetic hair has to be dipped in hot water right??

It's like $300+. The good thing about real hair is exactly that: you can curl it, dye it, whatever you want. Synthetic hair basically has to stay however you bought it, it will melt and ruin. I don't know if you're braiding all the way down or just braiding the top. Obviously if you're braiding all the way down, then synthetic is fine. If not, I'd invest in real hair.

Added: Yes, they sell curly synthetic hair because people can't style it the way they want so they try to style it different ways. You can find that easily.

They are kinda pricey, just depending on who you go to. Check with several salons, but dont go with the cheapest. Many places either make you purchase your own hair befoer you come in and some add it into the price. I know someone who had hers done for $250

If you get a good weave then they are pretty pricey....400+ most of the time. With extensions you can curl them straighten them, do anything, they're real hair and you can style them however you want.

yes ma'am you can curl them, i got my corn rolled into my hair and kept them in for about 4 months, it gets painfull afterawhile though, and the extensions themselves costs about 80 to get them put in was about 60. Def go to a black saloon they do the best jobs!!

i think you want to use track bulk extensions. they are put in at your scalp. and then you can curl, relax, do whatever the hell you want.
